From Boston:
Take 1-93 South to exit 18 for Massachusetts Ave. toward Andrew Square. Take a slight right at Frontage Rd/Frontage Rd Southbound. Take a slight right at Mass Ave Connection. Take a slight left to stay on Mass Ave Connection, which turns into Melnea Cass Boulevard. Stay on Melnea Cass Boulevard, and then turn left at RT-28/Tremont Street. Continue to follow RT-28, which turns into Columbus Avenue. Take a slight right at Washington Street. Turn right at Arborway/New Washington Street. Turn left at South Street, which turns into Washington Street after about 300 feet. Continue on Washington Street. Turn left at Basile Street. The Sumner Club at the Charles Sumner Elementary School is located at 15 Basile Street.
By Public Transportation:
Take the Orange Line toward Forest Hills. At the Forest Hills Station, go to the Upper Busway and take the #30 bus - Mattapan Station via Roslindale Square. Exit the bus at the Cummins Highway and Washington Street intersection. Walk northeast for about three minutes and turn right onto Basile Street. The Sumner Club at the Charles Sumner Elementary School is located at 15 Basile Street, Roslindale.
