Dear Friends,
An ice storm may have forced BGCB to postpone our Annual Dinner last month, but when we held the event on March 1, it was every bit the celebration of the strength of BGCB’s community that we could have hoped for. I hope you’ll click to read the inspiring speeches and view photos (© Randy H. Goodman Photography) from the event.
As we enter the final quarter of our fiscal year, we turn our attention to House Party on May 13. This event, now in its 6th year, is responsible for raising over 25% of BGCB’s annual fund revenue.
This year, our theme has been Legacy of Leadership, and in this newsletter we remember a true leader and dear friend, Senior Advisory Board member Casimir de Rham, who passed away in early February.
There’s a lot going on at the Clubs, and we’ve highlighted an innovative media program from our South Boston Club and a Charlestown Club member’s much- deserved technology award.
Here’s hoping spring really is just around the corner.
