It’s easy to look at the current economic environment and see only the challenges. At Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, we have always looked for opportunities. We know that we have remarkable friends and champions who come through for us, even in the most difficult times. This newsletter highlights some interesting projects that represent new opportunities for us to gain awareness and, hopefully, raise money to cover operating expenses. Some are projects created by our Board members and friends, who continue to find ways to help us raise our visibility and essential funding; others are opportunities we discovered on our own. Either way, BGCB is grateful to be the beneficiary of these innovative ideas, especially with nearly $80,000 left to raise in the remaining two weeks of our fiscal year.
