The Friends Council offers a variety of memberships, listed below.

- 1893 Society $5,000 +
- Leadership Society $2,500 +
- Mentor Society $1,000 +
- Founder's Society $500 +
- Member $250 +
- Associate $125 +
Friends Council Associate memberships enable one member age 21 to 29 to participate and receive Friends Council benefits.
