ISEE After-School Tutoring - Students are given academic assistance through lessons in mathematics.
Pine Manor Mentoring - Volunteers from Pine Manor College provide one-on-one mentoring to female Club members.
WYSE - Women and Youth Supporting Each other - Volunteers from Harvard University work as mentors to female Club members. The volunteers discuss issues relating to relationships, sexual health, and their futures.
Vango Radio - Club members participate in a live radio broadcast from the Dearborn Middle School in which they discuss issues facing youth today.

DASA TV - Club members learn the process and skills of television production directly from production professionals, such as stage presence, cameras, lighting and editing. Members work with high-tech equipment and help produce a live television show that airs every day in the Dearborn Middle School.
Student Council - Students form a student government in which they meet once a week to discuss and implement action on issues facing students at the Dearborn Middle School. The council is aimed at developing leadership skills, team building, addressing lack of student involvement in school, self esteem issues, and respect for authority.
Learning for Life - Boston Minuteman Council - Club members promote social awareness and learn to problem solve effectively. Members also learn the value of goal setting and critical thinking.
Out of Harm's Way - An initiative addressing violence in Boston middle schools. Supported by an anonymous donor, the DELTAS office has partnered with the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley to pilot this program in two schools: the Lilla G. Frederick Pilot Middle School and the Dearborn Middle School.
SCORES FC - Uses soccer and literacy to give urban children the tools needed to succeed in school, soccer and life.
City Kicks - A developmental soccer program provided to at-risk Boston girls after school.
