As YSPN takes on its new name – YouthConnect – and I transition into my new role as Executive Director, our team of highly skilled social workers is as committed as ever to providing high quality, clinical services to Boston’s most at-risk youth and families.
We intervene when a young person needs assistance in transitioning successfully to adulthood. Our long-standing partnership with the Boston Police Department connects our talented and dedicated staff to the youth who need us most so that we can connect them to the resources, support and guidance they need.
Despite these difficult times, or perhaps because of them, our work is essential. I look forward to working with our community partners and generous supporters to further our efforts and make a positive difference in the lives of the youth, families and communities we are honored and privileged to serve.
