Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston offers teens opportunities to learn new skills and to demonstrate leadership and responsibility. During the summer, when youth are at greater risk without the structure of the school day, employment opportunities are an important way to keep teens safe and focused on their future. Many of the youth whom we serve would not have access to summer jobs without the Clubs. Our members work in corporations, at summer camps, and in other social service programs, where they are earning an income, learning skills, and giving back to the community.
