Ashley Quan, Club Director, aquan@bgcb.org
Ashley Quan has been the Director of Condon Boys & Girls Club since August 2021, and her experience with children and families runs deep within the Clubs and beyond. Previously, Ashley covered many positions at Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Boys & Girls Club, including Summer Camp Director, Program Director, and Team Lead/Wagner Family Art Director.
In addition to daily program development and connecting with members, Ashley cultivated compelling evening programs which included a weekly yoga class. Since 2016, Ashley has volunteered as a mentor for young women as part of the Girl Leadership Group. Ashley graduated from Wheelock College with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Arts and Human Development.
The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston is to help young people, especially those who need us most, build strong character and realize their full potential as responsible citizens and leaders. We do this by providing a safe haven filled with hope and opportunity, ongoing relationships with caring adults, and life-enhancing programs.
