Carl Thompson, Executive Director, cthompson@bgcb.org
Carl Thompson became Executive Director of the Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Club in August 2014. Prior to that, he spent a year as Director at the Hennigan Boys & Girls Club at the James W. Hennigan Elementary School in March of 2013. Carl has also served as the Athletic/Wellness Director at the Blue Hill Boys & Girls Club.
Carl holds a B.A. in Broadcasting and Communications from Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, NJ and is a graduate of the Institute for Non-profit Management and Leadership at Boston University.
The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston is to help young people, especially those who need us most, build strong character and realize their full potential as responsible citizens and leaders. We do this by providing a safe haven filled with hope and opportunity, ongoing relationships with caring adults, and life-enhancing programs.
