Molly Herlihy, Associate Vice President, Operations, Impact, & Strategy, joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB) in 2014. Prior to assuming her current role, she served as the organization’s Director, Organizational Operations, Major Gifts Officer, and Assistant Director of Trustee and Club Relations. Molly believes in the power of teamwork and collaboration. She draws on strong relationships both internally and externally, to ensure that BGCB is efficient and effective in our mission. She works closely with colleagues to uphold the organization’s standards, making sure every decision and plan is aligned with BGCB’s values. 

Molly is a lifelong advocate for youth and lover of summer camp. She is a proud City Year alum, serving two years with City Year Baton Rouge. Molly studied Communications and Education as an undergraduate at Boston College and returned for her MBA.
