Long-time Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Club Membership Director and Dorchester native Felisha Lewis brings almost a decade of youth-serving experience to new leadership role.

BOSTON (July 14, 2023) – Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB) is pleased to name former Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Club membership director Felisha Lewis as the new director of the Orchard Gardens Club. Lewis replaces Russ Lamberti, who led the Club for six years before moving on to a new opportunity.

Lewis, a Dorchester native and Blue Hill Club alum, will use her wealth of experience and relationships to build upon the Orchard Gardens Club’s foundation in providing enriching resources, facilities and opportunities to Roxbury’s young people and families. With Lewis’s leadership, Roxbury’s youth will receive the help and support to grow up and thrive as Boston’s future leaders.

“As a proud Dorchester native, I am excited to leverage my skills and bring my leadership to the Orchard Gardens Club. I look forward to connecting with parents and partners alike, and managing programs that offer our members fun and opportunity,” said Felisha Lewis.

Counting on almost a decade with the organization, Lewis enters her new role with a great amount of experience and knowledge, both internally and externally, through her relationships with BGCB’s stakeholders. During her time as membership director of the Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Club, she served as the lead membership liaison for the members and families by conducting onboarding sessions, managing membership applications, and implementing health and safety protocols during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Lewis has been a foundational pillar for all families at the Blue Hill Club, serving as a welcoming figure for all from her space at the front desk.

“Felisha’s dedication to community shines through her work with young people, especially as she brings her perspective as a Boston parent. Under her direction, the Orchard Gardens Club will thrive and continue to be a hallmark for the community,” said Robert Lewis, Jr., Nicholas President and CEO of BGCB.

As a second-generation American, Lewis’ parents are from Barbados. She has a son in both the Boston Public School system and Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, and she is very dedicated to making an impact in her beloved community.
